Player Agreement & Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "spinml" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at spinml.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a spinml account.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by the Player on the spinml platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited real-money funds and any credited bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Real Money" refers to Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) funds deposited by the Player from verified payment sources.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by spinml that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total bet turnover that must be achieved before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and document verification process mandated by applicable regulations and spinml's internal compliance procedures.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory authority for gaming in the Philippines.

By accessing, registering on, or using the spinml platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the spinml platform and close your Account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and spinml. They take effect from the date you first create an Account or access the platform, whichever is earlier.

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are accessing spinml from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawfully permitted;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where the receipt of online gambling services is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any third party;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete;
• You have not previously been excluded from spinml or any affiliated gaming platform;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of spinml or its affiliated entities.

spinml reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any Player at any time. Providing false eligibility information constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the spinml platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

spinml requires all Players to complete the KYC verification process prior to their first withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys)
• Valid Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

spinml may require additional documentation — including proof of address or source-of-funds evidence — at its sole discretion, particularly in connection with large or unusual transactions. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in Account suspension.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials. Any activity occurring through a Player's Account is the Player's sole responsibility unless spinml determines, after investigation, that the activity resulted from a platform security breach attributable to spinml.

spinml accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the Cashier screen.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have completed KYC verification;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available withdrawable balance (i.e., real money balance after bonus wagering requirements are satisfied);
• The withdrawal method must correspond to the method used for the most recent deposit, subject to spinml's AML procedures;
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of request confirmation. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed same-day for requests submitted during standard banking hours.

spinml does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which spinml accepts no liability.

Funds may only be withdrawn to payment accounts or instruments held in the Player's own name. Transfers to third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

All promotional offers and bonuses offered by spinml are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum withdrawal limits, and expiry periods. General bonus conditions that apply to all spinml promotions are as follows:

• Bonus funds are credited to the Bonus Balance and are separate from the Real Money Balance until wagering requirements are satisfied;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at expiry will be forfeited;
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, bets placed on live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and table games contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%) toward wagering requirement completion. spinml publishes the full game contribution table in the Promotions section;
• spinml reserves the right to void bonus credits and any associated winnings if spinml reasonably determines that the bonus was obtained or used in breach of these Terms, including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or any form of collusion;
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player. Players found to have claimed the welcome bonus multiple times through the creation of additional accounts will have all associated accounts suspended.

All games available on the spinml platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently certified by recognised testing laboratories. spinml does not modify, alter, or influence the logic, outcomes, or payout rates of any game.

Live dealer games are operated by third-party studio operators and are streamed in real time. All live game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer (card draws, roulette wheel spins, dice rolls) under controlled studio conditions.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages computed over millions of game rounds. Individual session outcomes will deviate materially from published RTP figures. No short-term outcome can be guaranteed by reference to published RTP.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including but not limited to software failure, disconnection, or server error — the affected game round will be voided and the Player's stake will be returned. spinml's decision in relation to technical malfunction voidance is final.

Players are prohibited from using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to generate play activity on the spinml platform. Detection of such tools will result in immediate Account suspension.

spinml is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum net loss thresholds.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts at set time intervals during an active gaming session.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic pop-up notifications displaying session duration and net loss/gain figures.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend Account access for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). The Account cannot be reactivated before the elected period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily close your Account for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, the Account cannot be reopened under any circumstances until the exclusion period has elapsed. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of submission.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the spinml platform:

• Creating more than one registered Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or in violation of applicable anti-money laundering laws;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, chip-dumping, or other practices intended to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any script-based tool to generate play activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform — Players who identify such issues are required to report them to spinml immediately via the official contact channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any spinml platform component;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to obscure your geographic location or circumvent geo-restriction controls;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward spinml staff or other players.

Any Account found to be in breach of this Section may be suspended immediately, with all associated balances frozen pending investigation. spinml reserves the right to permanently close such Accounts and, where legally required, report the relevant conduct to the appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

All intellectual property on the spinml platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, page layouts, user interface elements, and written content — is the property of spinml or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your use of the spinml platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership of any intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any spinml platform content without prior written consent from spinml. Unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spinml's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

spinml shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage;
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunity, or goodwill;
• Service interruptions resulting from third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Game outcomes — all games are operated by third-party certified providers and spinml does not influence results.

Nothing in this Section limits spinml's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted under Philippine law.

spinml collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and spinml's Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to spinml's collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

spinml implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect Player data against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. All data transmissions to and from the spinml platform are encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS protocols.

spinml does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies (including PAGCOR), law enforcement agencies, and licensed payment processors where required by law or necessary for the provision of platform services. spinml reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file, or via an in-platform notification, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

The current version of these Terms is always available at spinml.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent amendment. Continued use of the spinml platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the amendment's effective date. Pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the Terms in effect at the time the withdrawal was requested.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute, Players are required to first submit a formal written complaint to spinml through the official customer support channel. spinml will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and issue a formal response within 14 calendar days.

If the dispute is not resolved through the internal complaint process within 30 calendar days of initial submission, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. spinml accepts PAGCOR's jurisdiction over all regulatory disputes arising from licensed gaming activity.

As a final resort, and where regulatory escalation has been exhausted, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the purposes of these Terms.
